Llewellyn is licensed to maintain a supply of all types of explosives for training purposes. Dogs are constantly worked on the full range of explosives.

Several finished Bomb Detection dogs, as well as back ups are available at all times.

Each handler works with several dogs, so that there is no down time.

Major Assignments:
Llewellyn's first major assignment was for the Government of Canada at the International Monetary Fund Conference, where the dogs "cleared" the offices of heads of state for virtually every country in the world.

Proudest Moment:
Llewellyn Dogs sniffed the Dead Sea Scrolls, as they provided explosives detection for the "Treasures of the Holy Land" while in Canada during a particularly unsettled period in the Middle East.

Although most assignments are confidential for obvious reasons, Llewellyn has provided explosives detection service for political conventions, high profile business meetings, gatherings of ethnic groups, corporations under threat, major utilities, high profile fuel storage facilities, labour unrest, sports events, celebrity concerts and of course response to bomb threat of all kinds.
